Life Story
Turbo grew up in very difficult conditions in one of Istanbul's poor neighborhoods. His father didn't work and couldn't provide for his family. Turbo wanted to work to support his mother and make her happy. He could bring home a little money from his jobs, but his father would take it and spend it on alcohol. Turbo couldn't find a solution to this situation. One day, he saw his father beating his mother, and that day he swore to protect her and sought a solution. However, the only way to get rid of him was to kill him. If he didn't harm his father, he would never stop. One day, when he saw his father hurting his mother again, he couldn't control himself and stabbed him to death. He had saved his mother from his father, but a bigger problem arose: he had to run away. His mother had to flee to Los Santos, taking Turbo with her. Turbo had to work to support his mother and noticed that the Los Santos Police Department was looking for police officers, so he applied immediately.
Career Story
He wanted to leave his turbulent past behind and turn over a new leaf in his life. His application was accepted, and because of his strong personality, he quickly rose to high positions. There were many hardened criminals in Los Santos, and catching them was not easy. He knew that those who were caught would give anything to get out of handcuffs and escape being locked up behind bars, so he thought he could turn this to his advantage and make money from it. He offered the captured criminals their freedom in exchange for money, and they accepted. At first, he feared something might happen to him, but the money he earned satisfied him. He released the captured individuals for money and, in exchange, revealed classified information about upcoming operations. Corruption had now become a second profession for him.
Outcomes:
1- Turbo can take bribes (up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe)
2- Turbo can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3- Turbo can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4- Turbo can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
5- Turbo can arrest someone for fake charge if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reason and nothing too severe)
6- Turbo can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow his demands. (with a RP reason)
7- Turbo can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
