My leadership path started when I was appointed as a deputy for the first time. That moment gave me the chance to truly step into responsibility and gain my first real taste of leading others. Later on, I continued to grow by joining different organizations like EN3 and EN1, where I experienced new approaches, different systems, and alternative leadership styles. After that, I successfully applied for another leadership position, and that period became a turning point for me—I learned to manage people more effectively, improved my decision-making, and developed my RP even further. Now I want to bring all of that knowledge and experience back into a new chapter. , I know the city very well, and I feel more confident than ever about guiding a group toward success.
My aim is to keep the crew active through various events and scenarios. I plan to organize situations such as robberies, hostage operations, fz fights, and other high-action activities that will keep members engaged and entertained. On top of that, I will make sure to attend as many city-wide events as possible, because I believe activity and visibility are key to being recognized as a strong and reliable group.
I will also focus on building a fair and professional environment. Disrespect and toxicity will not be tolerated, because maintaining balance and order is essential. My decisions will always be based on fairness and the bigger picture—protecting both the group itself and the RP atmosphere in the city.
My ultimate goal is to dominate the ghetto, win graffiti battles, and establish a new level of order in the area. I want to create an active, feared, and respected organization that will bring back intensity, competition, and excitement to the Ghetto
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To raise the quality of RP, I think it’s important not to get stuck only on requirements, but to create new and exciting situations. For example, detailed hostage operations against law enforcement, joint actions with other gangs, or scenarios where rival members are taken hostage and it turns into a bigger fight with the police. These kinds of events will keep the RP dynamic and enjoyable for everyone.
