I was playing as a bounty hunter, a target appeared, and I went to him. I was going to kill him to get the bounty, but first it crashed into my car, and its car flipped over. When his car flipped he left the game and broke the rules. His friends later cursed and insulted me. I don't know how you would consider punishing his friends, but I request that you apply the combat log penalty to the actual person in the video.
