POV. This guy is keep targeting me. Doing 'Mass CR and RDM' all time. He started ramming me at 'Debt Job' and keep followed me all way.

Rejected - Warn for RDM I Ruby Specter
Hello dear Admin, yesterday I had a bounty on him and I went there to kill him. After making sure that he was indeed my bounty, I killed him and received my bounty reward. As you can see in the video, I killed him and got the bounty money. I believe this was not RDM since it was a bounty.
