2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to become Leader of this Gang because first thing I am not leader of any gang from last 8 months and Now I think I should be given a chance again too because in activity everyone can agree I am the best leader and I want to become Leader again to show Everyone that I can be the Best Leader of En3 History
Another Reason of me Being a Leader is that I people nowadays take gang for Turf and Don't do Gang activity just complete the weekly requirements I want to make this gang Best in Turfs and Activity Both I will make this gang a threat to LEOs and I will be there to Help all the gangs who need Our Help and I will make sure There is not toxicity in my Gang
Last Reason is that I want to show everyone that I have been changed and Should be given a chance as everyone Availed there second chance and I will show everyone that I got more skills to run the gang and I will make this Gang the Best Gang as I will only give time to this Gang and I will show you I am a man of my words.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will make a salary system Like whoever will be active for gang activity one event 10k and I will give for every event so They can earn from my gang too
I will make sure Everyone know rules and who don't know we will guide them
I will make sure there is no toxicity in my gang
I will give my deputy some tasks but I will be the one who is leading everything incase of any issue they will lead
My Goals for Ballas
I will try to complete my term without any warns.
I will do 100% turf.
I will give max bonuses and make RP events active.
I will try my best to get the title of Terrorist Gang.
