I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to respectfully request a review of the permanent ban applied to my account.
Recently, I went to the Beach Market to sell some of my items, including three batteries. One of the prices was mistakenly entered with an extra zero, showing 420,000 instead of 42,000. After noticing the price, I immediately changed it before anyone could purchase the item. This mistake occurred while I was simply updating my shop listings, not during a sale.
This was an unintentional error, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Since the beginning of my time in the game, I have always strived to follow the rules, and this is my first mistake.
I kindly ask you to consider lifting the permanent ban on my account. I assure you that I will be more vigilant in the future and continue to fully respect the game’s rules.
