I was playing as a bounty hunter. I found the target; they were robbing a store. I waited for them to leave the store for a while. When they headed to another store, I immediately followed them and opened fire the moment they stopped to claim the target's bounty. He broke the rules by leaving the game during RP. I think his friend also broke the rules, even if it was to protect him.
