2.1 My Story
I started playing EN3 from long time. I was gone EN2 For Fun and I got a lot of experience I served as Deputy chief of police in LSPD , Undersheriff of SAHP , Deputy of ballas and deputy of Marabunta and every legal org I was 28 and in illegal in every org I was 14 Now I really want to See my leadership skills after been doing Role play in EN2 I came Back in EN3 and now I want to take a term and show my leadership skills to everyone over here it would be great if you give me chance to prove myself.
2.2 Strong Experience & Knowledge :
So after having This much Experience in legal and illegal organization Now I can make sure that I am ready to take lead These roles taught me how different organizations work and gave me the skills I need to handle leadership. if I got a chance then ill build a strong team, keep things active, and make the organization fun and professional for everyone.
2.3 Proving My Leadership Skills
During my time as Deputy and High Command, I’ve always been the one supporting the leader of the organization, keeping things running smoothly, and taking on responsibility when needed. But I’ve never had the chance to fully take a term for myself. I will make my term fair and approachable, so people enjoy being part of the organization.
2.4 Dedication
I spent most of my time in EN2 but EN3 was always been my true home. so now I want to do something for EN3 and make the roleplay in EN 3 on Top but for that i think i should need your support ! really right now I have done a lot of things for EN2 but now I want to do it for EN3. I want to bring that same energy and dedication here to EN3 — with your support.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
3.1 For improving the Role play I will take some great and remind able actions Like
(I) I will treat gang like homies so we can be perfect |
(ii) I will make sure everyone knows the basic server rules , to run org smoothly
(iii) I will make sure everyone is professional and polite with members
(Iv) ill make Roleplay longer and realistic to have more fun
My Aim
1. Hold our turf like it’s truly ours.
2. Keep Ballas alive and active every day.
3. Secure graffiti profits with smart teamwork.
4. Build a name that’s feared and respected.
5. Grow strong deputies and leaders for the future.
6. Keep the gang united like a family.
7. Win every fight with discipline and coordination.
