Justin Eclipse was already captivated by the world of law enforcement, inspired by the officers of the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) who patrolled his neighborhood. His childhood was filled with play-acting as a police officer, dreaming of one day making a real difference.
When he came of age, Justin eagerly applied to join the LSPD. Despite his passion and dedication, his application was plagued by mistakes, resulting in his blacklisting from the department. The setback was discouraging, but Justin's determination never wavered.
Undeterred, he set his sights on the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) and the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP). Both attempts were thwarted by his age and lack of experience. However, these rejections only fueled his resolve.
Justin continued to work hard and gain relevant experience. His persistence eventually led him to the National gaurd (NG) organization. This time, his dedication and skills were recognized, and he secured a position. His efforts paid off as he advanced to become the COS of the AirForce Department at NG, enjoying a substantial increase in pay and the satisfaction of achieving his dream in a different but impactful way.

For many, this would have been enough—a stable career with a promising future. But for Justin, there was a deeper calling. Justin’s close friend, Deka , had recently been assigned to the National Guard (NG). Known for his principled leadership and steadfast commitment to service,Deka Barnes’s new role in the NG was both an honor and a challenge. As Deka prepared to serve his country, he shared his concerns and aspirations with Justin, revealing the significant responsibilities and risks that lay ahead.
