1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Over the time I’ve spent in RP, I’ve grown a deep appreciation for the community, the stories we've created together, and the effort that goes into making the experience enjoyable for everyone. Roleplay has allowed me to explore creativity, empathy, and problem-solving from a player’s perspective. But as much as I’ve enjoyed being part of the RP world, I’ve also come to realize that I want to contribute to the server in a more meaningful, long-term way — beyond just being a character in the game.
Becoming an admin isn’t just about having more control or authority; it’s about responsibility, leadership, and serving the community. I've seen firsthand how important a strong admin team is — how much work goes on behind the scenes to ensure that rules are enforced fairly, conflicts are handled professionally, and players feel heard and supported. I believe I can bring a calm, balanced, and fair-minded perspective to that role.
I’m stepping away from RP-life not because I’ve lost interest, but because I care enough about this server and its players to want to help protect and improve it from a higher level. One of my biggest strengths is being able to adapt quickly in unpredictable situations. Whether it’s a robbery going sideways or a spontaneous encounter with another player, I can stay in character and respond in a way that keeps the RP flowing smoothly and realistically. - Respect for Rules and RP Quality:
I have a strong understanding of the rules and the importance of quality RP. I avoid breaking character (no meta, no powergaming, no fail RP) and always aim to enhance the scene, even if that means taking a loss or putting another character in the spotlight.
