My car was parked in front of my house, and there were no crimes reported in the area at the time. I was not present with the vehicle, yet someone searched my car without any clear reason or consent. According to (State Rule :1.11), law enforcement officers are not allowed to search the trunk of a vehicle without valid legal justification, such as probable cause or a warrant.
I would like to understand the POV of the officer (LEO) who conducted this search, as there appears to be no rule basis for it. This incident raises serious concerns about the violation of my rights, and I believe an explanation is necessary.
