I want to become the Leader of Ballas because this is the only gang which I can say is the most powerful gang in the city. Ballas gang is a threat to LEOs and this gang is the one I like the most. Getting this gang is, you can say my dream because I love this gang the most. Beside other gangs it has the most unique location and this gang has an aura itself I have big respect for this gang in my heart and I would love to be the leader of this gang.
Another reason of me becoming a leader is that in my last interview I didn’t got selected but this time I am fully prepared with knowledge. I also have friends who will help me when I get this gang, and they will always be there to help me like brothers. I will make this gang the best gang of this city as I have knowledge and power both in my hands.
I want to say in the end that if I get the chance to become leader, I will show everyone how a gang should be leaded. Especially Ballas, because this gang is the gang which can dominate the city but people don’t know how to run it. But if I get leadership I will show everyone what we can do and what they are supposed to do as a leader.

I will give max bonuses so people join RP events and have interest in them.
I will give every deputy their own task so there will be no burden on one guy.
I will make sure the members of my organization know rules and follow them.
Anyone who does toxicity will be blacklisted from my gang instantly.
I will make sure I have experienced people in my gang.
I want people in big quantity but only the people who have qualities.
My Goals for Ballas
I will try to complete my term without any warns.
I will do 100% turf.
I will give max bonuses and make RP events active.
I will try my best to get the title of Terrorist Gang.
