Hello, dear administrator.
I have a problem that I hope to resolve as soon as possible. It appears that I have a four-months security ban, which is incorrect. I sent you a report and it was rejected because the account is not banned. I sent you a decision titled "Technical Error," which I also rejected because the account may be banned from the IP address or the social club account. Please provide me with details on how to resolve the issue. I would be grateful and sorry for the inconvenience, but I really like your launcher and look forward to get back to it.
