Respected officials, I made a mistake long ago. I regret it very much. I apologize to everyone. I agree to have my money and cars reset. I just want to play in this project. I've never received such a big penalty before. You can check my penalty history. I wasn't one to like breaking the rules, but the day I made that mistake, I felt like I wasn't myself.
