Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I'm a state member on EN3 for over six months now, and I have seen a lot of diverse RP situations. Have an experience being part of SAHP (My first org where I achieved 10 rank), FIB where I achieved 001 during Bronson term, and now actively being HOD of Creative in Lifeinvader. I'd like to apply that experience towards making it a balanced and fun sphere for all. My intentions are maintaining strict rules, improving roleplay quality, and making sure problems are solved quickly and fairly.
What are your strengths?
- I work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with other staff
- if I commit to a task, I follow it through
- Capable of working under pressure
What are your weaknesses?
- Overthinking, I might be overthinking sometimes to make sure final decision is looking good to me
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- Good teamwork and willingness to help
- Availability across different times
- Problem solving and analytical skills
