On the POV, You can clearly see i was watching him shooting on me from the other's house which is basically outside from the money printing zone. And the second one i was checking on him and he started shooting not just when i was on my Fam House even when i was on the street.

Next time do not run towards gun shots, always fear for your characters life. I know you want to punish players breaking the rules but you're still in RP as well.
