I made complain about players that is available on the link below in proofs.
The players that I posted forums for got the punishment for VDM and Gen rule 6.15 and the complain creator (Me) received punishments for Fail RP and Mixing.
I not only got 3 hours in demorgan for that, but also received 7 days warning and logically got kicked from my organisation.
One thing is that, today I have court against LSPD as an FIB agent and now whole IC situation is ruined because of this.
I highly agree that I should have received demorgan serving for 3 hours, however 7 days warning is not fair in my opinion.
According to your rules, the punishment for Mixing is not getting warning, but it is just demorgan time - Thus this means I got warning for Fail RP (According to your terms)
With all respect and please, I would really like you to take a look at the Proof I provided in that complain. When I got downed, I mixed - I agree in this - But the Fail RP is really unfair when I only talked for 2 seconds after being shot and then I released my microphone and acted like I was suppose to.
I think the punishment of warning is really not fair and I am making this complain about the punishment giver who in this case is Kapo Galaxy as he made the decision on that complain in forums.
Again, me speaking 2 seconds after I got shot is really not a worth warning for sever days and even especially in the case where I have big IC event coming (Court).
I kindly ask you to review my request in detail, watch the video that is provided again and make fair decisions. If I kept talking while dead it would be understandable, but folks, we are talking about 2 seconds of time after I got shot. If this was hard RP it would be more understandable but from my 6 years of RP experience on other Grand servers, this is not the fair decision.
