I hope you are doing well.
I am writing this appeal regarding the 14-day ban I received for offensive language.
I would like to clarify that the situation was a complete mistake and not intentional. I was writing to a friend of mine in RP chat while he was sitting next to me in real life. I had the word club already typed, and when I continued writing in Arabic, it unfortunately appeared as an offensive word in chat. I did not mean to insult anyone, and I fully understand how it looked, but I truly had no bad intention.
I sincerely apologize for this incident and for breaking the chat rules, even if it was by mistake. I respect the server rules and the community, and I will be much more careful in the future to make sure nothing like this happens again.
I kindly ask if you could reconsider the duration of the ban. If possible, I would be very grateful if the time could be reduced, as the new Battle Pass has just been released, and with this ban I will lose the chance to complete it and also lose the car that requires 50 hours of playtime.
I truly enjoy playing on this server and being part of the community, and I would never intentionally do anything to ruin that. Thank you for your time and for considering my appeal.
