I am writing once more because I truly believe my ban was a misunderstanding. The reason says *“Evading TAX”*, however I did not attempt to avoid the tax system in any way.
The situation is as follows:
- A friend of mine lent me $240,000 so that I could buy a car from *another player*.
- My intention was to complete the purchase through the official system (trade + additional cash if needed), fully respecting the rules.
- Unfortunately, before I even reached the player to make the car trade, I was banned simply for receiving money from my friend. In other words, there was no transaction at all.
This was not a case of selling/buying items for $1k and passing cash as described in GR 1.9. No vehicle, clothing, or item trade took place at all. It was only a loan between friends, with the goal of making a legal transaction via the in-game system.
I sincerely apologize for writing again — I just really enjoy this server and want to take part in the new event. That’s why I kindly ask you once more to reconsider my case.
