I observe more than I speak. I can keep calm even when people don’t, and I don’t jump to conclusions. I understand the difference between ego and accountability and I know how to separate personal feelings from server duties. - What are your weaknesses?
I can be too direct sometimes. If something’s wrong, I’ll call it out. It’s not disrespect, it’s just how I function. But I’ve been learning when to hold back and when to speak up. - What can you bring to the admin team?
A balanced head, sharp observation, and a sense of fairness that doesn’t shift based on who’s involved. I’ve seen situations from both sides player and staff and I know how much communication and clarity matter. I won’t ghost when people need help, and I won’t overstep when I don’t know something. - Will you be ready to sell your business?

I’ve been on both sides of admin tickets, the one raising concerns and the one solving them officially. I know the difference a good admin makes. Not one who just knows the rules, but one who knows how to handle people. That’s what I aim to be consistent, present, and fair.
