I am reaching out to you regarding my current ban on Server DE1, where I received a 60-day suspension due to an alleged illegal Discord connection during a PC check. I have submitted multiple unban requests, but unfortunately, all of them have been rejected by Monika.
A few weeks ago, I was additionally banned for rage cheating, even though I was not online at that time. Today, I was also banned on Server DE2 by Johnson Baron, who stated that it was because of my existing ban on DE1.
When I asked for clarification, he told me that I should resolve the issue directly with the Server 1 team. I kindly request a review of my bans and would appreciate a clear explanation of how I can proceed to resolve this matter. My goal is to clarify the situation and address any possible misunderstandings.
