I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for a mistake I made involving the in-game shop, which unfortunately led to a permanent ban on my account, I deeply regret my actions.
I had listed wrong price in beach market shop its a type mistake of mine i put one digit more in price and i realized when i got permanent ban for GR 1.3 unfortunately dont have proof but i can explain i put miner resource miner ticket for a price of $24.111 each and i put 4 ticket and i guess accidently put one digit more for price so its become 241.111 by mistake.
I did not intend to overprice or exploit the market in any way—it was an honest mistake that I didn't notice at the time. i dont have any proof becuase I was directly banned.
I fully respect the game’s rules and understand the importance of fair trading. Please forgive this oversight. I kindly request that you consider lifting the ban on my account. I will be much more careful in the future and ensure that this does not happen again. I was given 3 years to grand rp and this is first time ever i got ban, please unban me.
