Hey, I hope you are doing well. My account was hacked few months while I was not playing the game and got permanently banned for that. I just got logged in today to play and saw the ban, so I hope to get unbanned and I will make sure to enable verification key to keep my protected from this point onwards. I can prove any required information to prove that this account belongs to me
