Good evening,
I don't know where to start, but come on, I got banned for no reason at all and I'd really like to know why. It's already been 4 months and I honestly want to know the reason for the ban, because I think it would be fair if it were explained to me.
I want to return to the project because there are no other games to play except roleplay on your server. I really care about playing again and spending time with the team, so I would appreciate it if there is any possibility to talk.
I don't really know where I can complain, nor if it is possible to talk directly with the project leaders or the curators of the Project. If there is an official way or procedure, I would like you to tell me because I would really like everything to be resolved in a correct way.
I just want to know what happened and get a chance to go back. If I need to accept certain conditions or give additional explanations, I am ready to do so.
