I'm opening this forum based on the previous one. I think I was misunderstood and this time I got a POV record. As you answered below, yes, this is my ID. There is no ban. However, I was playing on my laptop before, then I bought this desktop computer second-hand from someone else, and as the POV shows, it says Blacklisted. I think the owner of this computer before me was blacklisted. I changed the disk, formatted it, but it didn't work. I asked for help for this. I'm very upset. I bought this game to play, but I can't log in. I'm waiting for your help.
