As you can see, I received a 14-day ban from the game because of a word I typed in the club chat. I did not mean to post it there — I was talking to my friend in the game and forgot that I had previously posted an advertisement in the club chat. I didn’t notice that I was still on the club chat when I typed it, so it was posted there by mistake.

As you know, the club chat does not allow editing or deleting messages. Therefore, I kindly ask for your understanding. Even if you cannot fully remove the ban, I sincerely request that you consider reducing the duration. I hope you can be patient with me regarding this mistake.
