I had to escalate this to you. The other administrators made the wrong decision. You need to review this project. There are no bans. However, I was previously playing on my laptop, and then I bought this desktop computer secondhand from someone else, and as seen in the POV, it's listed as Blacklisted. I think the previous owner of the computer was blacklisted. I replaced the disk and formatted it, but it didn't work. I asked for help. I'm very sorry. I bought this game to play, but I can't log in. Please don't take this as spam. I'm looking forward to your help.
