My complaint is in regard to this post: Approved - GR 6.26 + CR | 298135+302323+296920

I was given a punishment for Fail RP which I can understand but the Car Ramming punishment in unfair. Player 477512 was standing behind my car as I backed out of the parking lot, not only that but other cars parked me in. How else was I supposed to get out of the parking?
It is unfair to stand behind a car and then report for Car Ramming. I am asking that this punishment be removed.
To add, player 477512 was speaking a foreign language and most likely over Discord. Why did he receive no punishment for FL in GZ or Meta Gaming (using Discord)
I also do not see discord overlays, To my knowledge, all overlays need to be recorded.
