I was processing a 10-15 when this player (179234) appeared on the scene. First, he committed RDM according to General Rule 6.15, as he started shooting the suspect without any engagement. Later, he committed Mercy Killing according to General Rule 6.13. Finally, he violated the General Rule 6.2 by entering an interior (in this case, a house) when i was chasing him to evade the RP situation. You can later see him coming out of that house after changing his outfit. Additionally, it seems that both players (193745 and 179234) were engaging in Meta Gaming, as they were not speaking IC and the player (179234) appeared out of nowhere.
