Bobby Sir Gave me 3rd warn for MK but The Playe(46033) Was a FIB guy and i had a bounty on that area i didnt know which guy it was so i just shot that guy but he wasn't the person in bounty then i killed the other one who acchually had the bounty.
BUT, Everything took place in Ghetto so it is no RDM. I was just bounty hunting and didnt meant to do any rule break and i didn't even know the person was getting arrested.

1. in a GZ area which is the Car Wash so GZ rules violated
2. bounty must be confirmed and there is no reason to send a bounty to the hospital if youve already killed them!
