Dear higherups,
Regarding the recent verbal warning issued to FIB under SR 5.5, we kindly request a reconsideration. The situation in question did not involve patrolling or the use of organizational vehicles. Our members were dressed in personal clothing and utilizing personal vehicles while engaged in undercover evidence collection.
During this process, an unforeseen emergency occurred involving a car theft. The stolen vehicle belonged to one of our members. Their presence in the ghetto at that moment was solely to collect evidence, but they encountered a crime happening, and called for backup.
In light of these circumstances, we respectfully ask that you review the matter again and consider overlooking the punishment, as the actions of our members were consistent with undercover duties rather than a violation of organizational regulations.
We greatly appreciate your time and understanding in this matter.
