Rejected Provoking(+toxicity)+RDM+CR | Sle Azy

First of all, this guy deceived admins by posting half of the POV where I killed him. I ran into this guy bcz we were both in the same lane. He fell out of his car cz he didn’t have prime and i found that funny so i laughed. Then he started shooting at me and got me to 1 HP. I ran away from that spot and healed up. Found him a minute after and I pressed brakes (you can see the speed going down) Coquette D10’s brakes are bad (you can even check it yourself) it takes too much time to brake and I accidently ran into him (this is not CR, I pressed brakes and it was an accident). Then I killed him as the code red was initiated by him and we were outside of the city. I understand that I said “bitch” and it was toxic but how is this CR and RDM? The CR was unintentional and there’s no RDM in here, he initiated the fight and I ended it. When someone shoots you outside of the city, you can shoot back and kill him, how is that RDM? It’s not random at all. I respect the administrators decision but I request the chief admin to review it again and see that the decisions which were made are incorrect.


Please lift my punishment.
