2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation),
a) I’ve been on leadership for gangs like 200+ days. I was a deputy for many times and I do believe thats the time for me to get leadership and run my own gang. As I said, I was deputy for many times but I started to learn my leadership skills with Efe Pinkman when I was playing at his gangs, I was able to learn and see how I need to manage a gang. Lastly we were leading Marabunta together and we achieved %100 turfs and we managed to complete an amazing term. I also won last 3 turf season with my turf team and we are planning to do 1 more at Vagos because I think this gang deserves much better.
b) I will ensure this gang stays active and safe by appointing the right High Command and Deputies to lead, especially when I’m not around. During my time as Deputy of Marabunta under Efe's leadership, we received zero warnings in the first 30 days while complating %100 turfs, maintaining the best RP, the least trouble, and the highest activity. From that experience, I learned the lessons that I’ll carry forward to provide the best RP while keeping the gang out of trouble.
c) Vagos is one of the most important gang in this city because this gang controlling whole beach ghetto by it self. Someone like me with the good deputies can control all events and ghetto with this gang.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.,
1) Events. Which one is so important for gangs; We will do most of the events everyday like Stores,Fzs.
2) Interviews. Second important thing for gangs. If we don't want to have a trouble in our gang we should take proper interviews.
3) Giving bonuses if we earn money or win events.
4) Completing turf season again.
5) My aim will be reaching most active Vagos term in EN1 history.
6) Doing good RP when we are doing events with state side.
7) We will accept only respectful peoples I don't want to see any drama and toxicity in Vagos.
8)Controlling all ghetto with taking all spray locations.
9) Have best highcommands with deputies who can deal with gang when I'm not around.
