A. Team-driven leadership and activity
The FIB works best when every member feels valued and motivated. My goal is to keep divisions active, ensure the organization responds to the majority of events, and maintain professionalism at all times. With teamwork and clear communication, I believe we can reach new levels of efficiency and respect on the server.

B. Strong background in leadership roles
I have held multiple high-ranking positions that gave me the skills to lead the FIB successfully. My experience includes serving as Major General in the National Guard, Commander and Chief of Staff in SAHP, and Federal Commander in the FIB. These roles taught me how to handle responsibility, manage operations, and develop strategies that keep organizations running smoothly.

C. Building a professional and reliable team
I will focus on recruiting not just for numbers, but for quality. The goal is to bring in agents who are motivated, experienced, and eager to roleplay properly. With structured training and clear expectations, members will improve their skills and professionalism, making the FIB both strong in numbers and respected in quality.

3. Advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
To improve RP, I would establish a Public Relations Department that organizes events with the community and encourages realistic roleplay scenarios.

I also believe in cooperation with other organizations. By planning joint operations, patrols, and coordinated investigations, we can create unpredictable situations that lead to more engaging and high-level RP.

Lastly, I want to implement practical, scenario-based training where agents can learn through experience: building clearings, arrest simulations, negotiations, and tactical planning. Members will rotate roles, giving everyone a chance to lead, make decisions, and practice under pressure. This hands-on approach will raise the RP quality across the entire FIB.
