If you come towards a active situation with a gun in your hand it is not counted as RDM.
Your "unit" was also provoking inside the green zone when asked to step out he started shooting so it turned into a situation.

Lol, everything is perfect, learn some rules before doing rulebreaks, the time was 21:05 and I dropped local for Delaer recruitment, you think to clap you need 4 units ah ? and I gave radio call as well and when I drove the car I saw my unit in map and i come near you I opened mic but I didnt speak at all Mr openeing mic and not speaking doesnt means edited lol, and tried to tase you, you think im gangster to give you demand to leave the area ? ah, I used taser to take you down for illegal pocession of illegal fire arms which i failed to takdown , and there was no active gun fight as the situation was over and even you put your weapon inside, and the thing between us is a new situation so you have to give the demands before shooting mr,

If you tase us with a stun gun, we will not just stand by doing nothing — for our self-protection, we will also hit back and we did same in this situation where firstly your officer did his power abuse and coughed our fam member when he was standing in gz.
