as you can see in the attached POV, I was hunting a bounty target and when I had arrived the suspect ID 476789 quickly pressed F1 and did Combat Log to avoid being arrested (also potential Bug Abuse). Also, when I first arrived his friend ID 476790 committed RDM (as well as Car Ramming) to protect him. I also could see no weapon (circumsized shotgun) in his hand, and could hear no gunfire sounds.. this could be bug or Desynch but it was strange... Regardless clearly multiple rule breaks to disturb the flow of RP. Thank you for your assistance.
