I am passionate about law enforcement and justice, and becoming a leader within the Federal Investigation Bureau would allow me to turn that passion into meaningful action — protecting citizens, combating organized crime, and ensuring a fair and lawful society.



I have gained strong experience in the FIB, which has given me a deep understanding of how the Bureau operates and reinforced my commitment to its mission and values. Alongside this, I have a talented and dedicated team whose professionalism and passion for their work make them a strong foundation for success.


As a leader, my priority would be to uphold integrity, fairness, and accountability while ensuring every officer is supported to perform at their best. My goal is to strengthen the Bureau and contribute to building a professional, trusted, and highly effective organization


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the Organization.
My focus as a leader would be on building a strong foundation for both new and existing members of the FIB. I believe supporting trainees is essential, and I would ensure that a professional and experienced recruitment and training team is in place to guide them from the very beginning. Carefully selecting HR staff is a priority for me, as they play a vital role in shaping the professionalism and competence of our officers.I would emphasize maintaining professionalism at all times — whether dealing with citizens or working alongside other state departments. To keep morale high, I plan to organize regular events and recognize outstanding performance through fair incentives and bonuses. This creates a sense of belonging and motivates every officer to contribute their best.Additionally, I would ensure that roleplay standards remain high by encouraging proper use of RP commands and personally supporting newcomers in developing their skills. My ultimate goal is to make the FIB not only one of the most respected organizations in the city but also a place where officers are proud to serve.
