Life Story: From Growing up at a young age with no father figure it was hard for Mathew as he had to be the man of the house and with this came a lot of responsibilities such as making meals for his sister and looking after his soon to be handicapped and making money for the family so that is where things started turning in his life and had to adapt to the rough surroundings around him and start making money. The First introduction, It was a Saturday evening and Mathew went to go to the local park with some of his friends however Mathew didn't know what was going to happen next, Benji whipped his man bag off of his shoulder and begin to get out 4 items from his bag, 1. a Pack of Rizlas 2. a grinder 3. 3.5g of pure skunk and lastly some bacci. Mathew was confused about what this was however it smelt like heaven and tried his first burn on the zoot. For a couple of years after this Mathew decided to start selling with his friend's gram after gram to ounce after ounce and there it was eventually after the year there was over 10k in savings. The turning point for Mathew was when his mum shortly and sadly passed away from a blood clot in the vein leading to the heart. , This was the time He had to change It was him and his sister from now on and he couldn't be living this life he lived any longer so he got the saving and went to start a new life in Los Santos. Mathew learned a few things from his past such as theft- Pick pocketing, and even selling drugs on the streets, and also his sneakiness and the ability to hide from the police.
Now this is where the new chapter begins and New beginnings become with new opportunities and this is where it all changes Mathew decided to go back to school and get himself a sociology degree to then apply for the Los Santos police department, Now the rest is history
Story after Joining SAHP: After getting a offer letter from SAHP Mathew got trained from a very good FTO Horizon Ent and after performing well in the training he got the rank of a Senior Tropper where Mathew got a chance to work in the detective division and he worked hard and became the chief of the detective division and carries out undercover missions and collects evidences on different criminal organizations.
Outcomes:
1. Can take bribes from suspects and let them free or help them escape
2. Can take bribes
3. Can let suspects who give him information about their gangs go free or give them less punishment
6. Will be able to work with criminals/informants to be able to pay for information
7. Can use drugs
8. Can pick up and use illegal weapons on duty. ( Except when under heavy fire)
9. will be able to go into the Ghetto off duty and do whatever he wants at any time.
10. Can take on 2 people due to his hard training
11. Can sell and buy illegal items at Black Market. Excludes any weapons/armor from organization
12. Has bias towards his family members so he can reduce their sentence if situation has minimal possibility of getting caught.
13. Will be able to get involved in criminal activity when undercover to gain evidence in order to build a file.
14. With his training and driving, he can confidently drive any vehicle at high speeds without the risk of injury to himself or passengers.
