Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been playing on this server as a player for almost 2 years and i am active minimum 8-10 hours in day. I was a member and high command on top 3 familys always i played all family events countless times and also i played in different organisations for a long time and i have been in role play part in game very actively. Few days ago i reached to level 102 and i belive i have experienced role play part enough and i gained lots of experience in this time and i felt like i should use this experience to be helpful to other people thats why i want to leave role play life and become an admin.
What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
I was high command almost in all crime organisations:

Time to time i can get angry a bit quickly when im stressed out.

I belive i have experienced in game about rules and ic situations and with my knowledge and with my long time activity i would be very effective admin.
