Hello dear higher ups
Recently i got a ban for cheats by Trent Hayes

I came into game and was not active in city while i got this ban i was not even close to my pc
i think there is a mistake in this ban , please review the pov of ban before he give ban it can be a network glitch or something
i was not even available the time i got this ban
i just my game was on connection lost when i come back and when i opened the game it had ban for cheats idk why
i please request to review this ban , i am not much old player , i love this game and i wanna play it back please help me
