2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) I’ve been playing on this server for the past few years and in that time, I have gotten to know it really well. im familiar with most of the rules and have a strong understanding of how things work here. I began my journey as an LEO in SAHP and later moved to LSPD where I served as Chief of Staff (IA) for a term also went to NG where i served as Chief of Staff (MP) for a term. I have learned a lot through these experiences and i believe that i am ready to be the leader of an organization. While I know there’s always more to learn im confident that with the experience that i gained and my active involvement in the server I can be a responsible leader for the organization.
2.2) When i become the leader of FIB I will make sure to keep FIB more active and run things smoothly. And i see that the organizations have lot of Times Toxicity and Favoritism i want to solve that problem and i belive that i can solve that problem with good experienced . I also have the support of a strong family and good relations with many people in the server including like leaders and members of other organizations which will benefit me in maintaining cooperation during my term. I will also try do more Gang raids during my term.
2.3) I would like to establish a system where everyone is treated equally with no bias. Meaning everyone is given the same chances for promotions and department opportunities based on how they perform. In the past, people were given high positions during transfers just for being personal friends with the leader/hc despite not knowing any of our org procedures/standards. This created a toxic work environment at times. If I were given leader of FIB, I would cut out any bias from the org and make everyone be treated equally. Previously i had given interview for SAHP but got failed. Now i have learned from the mistakes i made and confident that, Iam ready for this post.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
To improve RP for everyone firstly it starts with training. Once everyone is trained properly and they know what they are doing it will make things a bit easier for the entire org. Then I will implement a "officers of the week" regime offering bonuses to those who arrest the most people and those who shine the brightest. I will also do weekly promotion ceremony, There will also be a set layout of what people need to do in order to climb the ladder to obtain higher ranks. Once the format is shown and people know what they must achieve, climbing the ranks will be more understood than ever. I have other plans in which shall be discussed with the curator IF given the opportunity to lead.
