Today I opened a forum because of Fear RP and Devill Ucchiha responded and I wrote the ID of a player with ID 3532 in the title, but he didn't get a penalty. Someone else got a penalty for Gr 6.2. He was also guilty, but from my pov, the player with ID 3532 was chasing me in the ghetto and chasing me alone. I thought this was forbidden because he was alone.
