I got a warn for GZ 1.2 cause I removed the handcuffs of one of my friends hand but the thing its never mentioned that you cannot do that as per as GZ 1.2 It is forbidden to buy weapons, drugs. Also to kidnapp, rob people and put bags on players head. / Warn, Where is it mentioned that I cannot do that and How could I know that I cannot do that also one more-thing there was FIB Agent arresting my friend cause he was doing atm robbery and the FIB agent responded alone the admin lufy was watching and didn't punish for PG and punished me for GZ 1.2.
