During a recent session, the video replay followed me while my character was standing. I would like to understand how long I am expected to wait before being kicked from the game in such situations. The player’s character was frozen for approximately 19 seconds."

I would like to appeal the strike that was recently issued to me. During the incident, my game froze, which prevented me from reacting or controlling the situation properly. Unfortunately, I was still given a strike even though this was completely out of my control
I kindly request that this strike be reconsidered, as the issue was caused by a technical problem with the game, not by negligence or misconduct on my part.
