Subject: Appeal Regarding Anti-Cheat Trigger (#934)

Dear Curator of the Project,

Greetings of the day. I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to inform you about an issue with my account, which was recently detected by the anti-cheat system. After logging in, I noticed that my character appeared as a random avatar with blade-like hair and a newbie outfit. The character continuously moved downward, and within 2–3 seconds, an interface appeared stating that my ID had been blocked due to Anti-Cheat #934 by Napal Fedorov.

I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this matter. I am attaching the necessary documents for your reference.
