Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Streamer “Media EinfachPeter21” and Admin Conduct

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the streamer Media EinfachPeter21.
It has been repeatedly observed that this streamer is deliberately abusing his media rights. Particularly concerning is the fact that admin Ruben Rianon is actively involved in the gameplay but fails to ensure any neutral or fair moderation in these situations. Below are some concrete incidents:
Violations by EinfachPeter21:
Breach of Rule 6.15:
“If you are outside the GHETTO, you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example, issue demands, and if the person does not comply within 5 seconds, you may shoot them.”
→ Peter shoots at Koksberg without any prior demands or RP engagement.
→ According to the rule: This warrants a warning.
Club Chat Abuse:
→ Message "Free Angelo Kotberg" is sent in the club chat.
→ All players except Peter get muted for this – clear favoritism is visible.
VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch):
→ Peter repeatedly runs over members of Koksberg near the family house – all live on stream.
→ In similar cases, other players have been sanctioned for such behavior.
General Concerns:
Unfair Treatment by Admin Ruben Rianon:
Other players are punished for similar or even minor violations, yet Peter appears to enjoy special privileges.
Abuse of Media and Admin Privileges:
With statements like "I will keep doing this until they leave the server", Peter clearly uses his position to target and pressure smaller families like Koksberg.
Conclusion:
I find it extremely disappointing that a single player, backed by media and admin support, can negatively impact the overall gameplay experience to this extent. Fair and balanced treatment of all players is essential for the long-term success and credibility of the server.
I kindly ask that these incidents be reviewed internally and that appropriate measures be taken. Favoritism – especially towards public streamers – undermines trust in the server leadership and severely harms the RP experience for many others.
