Im in perfect health and I think Im dying from a single bullet It seems strange to me so I want to see the POV.

How would I die from a bullet? Do I have 100% health?

u are not 100% hp until ur medkit animation is over

It fills up immediately, the animation is just a distraction.

Its not, only the visual fills up, gta 5 fills it up but u dont receive the actual hp till the anim is done
