He said SEE U ON GOV to me when I told him i cant arrest him as there was heavy shootout around the area and it was very dangerous so I let him go. The reason I let him go was because there was heavy shootout and I confiscated his stuff and this means I was trying to save my life aswell as his if i dragged him near the car he could be shot so I brought him to a safe place
