i got 175 Min Jailed not warn as mentioned GR 6.2. 175 is too much time where the people who broke many rules just received warn only, where's the accountability.

is GR 6.15 really give rights to cops or any law authority to shoot a civilian on a traffic stop, if you think its wrong pls take strict action.
