I have a full understanding of the responsibilities of Director - not just to lead - but to develop and nurture strong, healthy, and mutually-beneficial relationships between all of the organizations in the city. My clarification of my tenacious values will be a clear, direct, and emphatic vision that shows that the FIB does not have a preference or bias for any organization, which we welcome to participate in every operation of the FIB in their own way, and at their own pace. I want to build a space where we fulfill the tenets of friendship and professionalism. We demonstrate this not only to the police, but also the me know that the FIB is not an authority or authority on defining the highest level of professionalism and reliability. I will create a culture in every operation and event that will exemplify and mirror these highest standards for professionalism and reliability for other organizations to mimic, and challenge themselves to try and match the benchmarks of professionalism and reliability that FIB models.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

One of the best ways you can improve not only personal RP but, the RP of others in an organization is by giving everyone in the organization a refresher training every once in a while. This will ensure that everyone is able to keep up with a high level of RP without feeling left out or unable to keep up in an RP situation. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

The main thing I've noticed the lack of in the server as a whole is the use of / commands. The best way to increase RP through all organizations and the server is by increasing the use of / commands. The only way to increase that use is by giving out the proper training and proper instructions on when and where the best time to use those / commands. For example, when placing a detainee in the vehicle, you could give a verbal command of the action as well as do /me places detainee inside of vehicle while watching their head.

I will hold regular meetings with the leaders of all organizations to collect feedback, discuss crime in progress, and have tactical discussions against groups or individuals undertaking criminal activities and crime as a whole, which could threaten the well-being of the city. By arranging combined events, we will be creating motivation and creating realistic RolePlay opportunities to not just engage with one another, but also become active in stimulating a RolePlay environment. I will arrange unscheduled inspections after the government officials leave the city, and hold regular back-to-back events involving those on straight patrols. I will be addressing those acts of professionalism, integrity, and discipline by creating regular, weekly ceremonies to award the deserving and dedicated agents throughout the city.
